Shipping and Delivery

At Maestro Furniture, we focus on more than quality craftsmanship. We work hard to ensure your order arrives safely, on time, and with complete transparency. Our shipping options are designed to give you flexibility while keeping costs reasonable. Review our delivery choices below.

We prioritize the safety of our customers, staff, and community. For this reason, front door delivery is our default service across Canada.

Front Door Delivery

Our standard delivery option includes:

  • Your order will be delivered to the front door of your home or apartment on the scheduled date.
  • You will receive a message on delivery day when our team is about 30 minutes away.
  • No signature is required. Our team will take a photo of the delivered item as proof.
  • In apartments or multi unit buildings, we will deliver to your front door whenever possible. If access is restricted, we will deliver to the nearest safe accessible point.

Front door delivery is free on orders of 1599 dollars or more. For all other orders, the cost is 59 dollars.

Small items and items below 200 dollars are sent through courier and include a 29 dollar shipping fee.

Inside Room Delivery

This service offers additional support and convenience:

  • Our team will bring your furniture into the room of your choice.
  • Shoe covers are used to protect your floors.
  • The item is not unboxed, but our team can share useful unboxing tips.
  • You will receive a 30 minute alert before arrival.
  • A signature is required to confirm delivery.

Masks or gloves can be worn upon request.

Inside Delivery with Assembly

For a hands free experience, choose this service:

  • Your furniture will be brought into the room you select.
  • Our team will assemble the item for you.
  • Shoe covers are used to keep your space clean.
  • A signature is required to complete the delivery.

Assembly includes only the product itself and does not include installation that requires permanent changes to walls or floors.

Free Shipping

Orders of 1599 dollars or more qualify for free front door delivery.
If you live outside our regular service region, additional fees may apply.
A 59 dollar discount applies to upgraded delivery services at checkout.

After the discount:

  • Inside room delivery becomes 100 dollars.
  • Inside delivery with assembly becomes 199 dollars.

Shipping Outside Our Standard Service Area

We aim to offer affordable delivery options throughout Canada.
Shipping fees for your location will appear at checkout when you enter your postal code.

If you need to return or exchange an item outside our service area, return shipping is waived, but forwarding shipping costs for replacement items will apply.

Measuring Your Space

Each product page lists item and box dimensions. Measure your entryways and hallways to ensure a smooth delivery. Keep these details in mind:

  • Door and hallway width
  • Tight corners
  • Stairway size
  • Elevator dimensions
  • Any obstacles behind doors

Your door width should be greater than the height of the box for easy movement.

Scheduling Your Delivery

When your order is ready, we will contact you with your delivery schedule and instructions.
For courier shipments, tracking information will be provided instead of a scheduled appointment.

Delivery Day

To prepare for your delivery:

  • Clear the area where the furniture will be placed.
  • Expect a 30 minute notice when the team is on the way.
  • Confirm if your building requires a Certificate of Insurance for deliveries.
  • For front door delivery, the boxes will be placed at your door or the closest accessible point.
  • For inside delivery, our team will enter wearing shoe covers and masks upon request.

Unboxing and Packaging

Our team will not remove packaging. Keep your boxes flattened until you are sure about the item. If packaging is missing during a return, repackaging fees will apply.

Certificate of Insurance

If your building requires a COI, our team can prepare one for you. Contact us with your building’s template or required details.

Local Delivery Partners

If your order is assigned to a local delivery partner, they will contact you within two business days to schedule your delivery. If you do not hear from them, reach out to us for support.

Refused Delivery

If you refuse delivery, we can exchange the item for something else without charging additional shipping, except for any price differences.

If you prefer a refund, the item will be treated as a return. You will receive the product price back minus a 49 dollar return shipping fee. The original shipping fee cannot be refunded since the delivery has already taken place.

If the refusal is due to damage or defects, please send photos so we can assist immediately.

Estimated Delivery Windows

Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, but we provide real time delivery estimates on each product page.
You can check updated information at any time in your My Account page.

Large items will be scheduled through a local delivery team once they arrive at a nearby facility.

Expedited shipping is not available.

Split Deliveries

We usually wait for all items to arrive before shipping your order.
If backordered items delay your order, you may choose to receive in stock items sooner.

If the delivery windows differ by five days or more, we will split your delivery for free.
Otherwise, separate shipping fees may apply.

Some smaller items may ship earlier through courier.

Out of Stock Items

If an item is unavailable, you can sign up for back in stock notifications.
For items with an estimated return date, entering your postal code will show the expected delivery window.

If delays occur, we will email you once the item ships from the manufacturer.

Order Holds

If you want your delivery at a later date, add instructions at checkout or contact our support team.
We can hold items for up to 30 days.

Delivery Date Requests

We cannot guarantee a specific date at checkout, but we do offer ETA windows.
Once the item reaches your local delivery partner, they will contact you to schedule an appointment.
Deliveries typically occur on weekdays between 9 am and 5 pm.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order through your My Account page.
If the item has not shipped, you will receive a full refund.
If it has already shipped, a return shipping fee will apply.

Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to appear on your credit card.
